With our Home Protection Plan, treatments are scheduled four times a year to coincide with the changing seasons and their related pest problems, providing comprehensive treatment for the most common household pests.
Under WPCS Home Protection Plan, your home will be protected against cockroaches, fleas, ticks, silverfish, carpet beetles, food infesting insects, mice, rats, bees’ and wasp nests, spiders, crickets, ground beetles and ants. Here's how it works.
Spring Treatment
We will treat your home for the insects and pests that emerge in late spring by:
- Power spraying a protective barrier around exterior of your house to keep crawling insects from entering your home.
- Treating unfinished basements, garages, crawl spaces and trash areas of your home to discourage insect breeding and further eliminate possible infestation.
- Treating crawl spaces and walk in attics.
Summer Treatment
The summer treatment ensures ongoing protection and is designed to control summer insects and pests with special attention given to bees and wasp nests. This treatment consists of:
- Administering a second power spray application around the exterior of your home for continuous protection against crawling insects.
- Inspecting the exterior of your home for bees’ and wasp nests.
Fall Treatment
The fall treatment protects your home against pests when cooler temperatures arrive, which is the time of year when rodents begin to migrate indoors for shelter and warmth. The fall treatment consists of:
- Inspecting and treating cracks and crevices in the kitchen and bathroom areas of your home to protect against common household pests.
- Inspecting for rodent infestations and treating as needed to prevent rodents from entering your home.
Winter Treatment
The winter treatment ensures ongoing protection and is designed to control wintering pests and rodents. It consists of:
- Maintaining exterior rodent control devices.
- Treating interior areas as needed.
